Still on the Journey Ministries offers digital and made to order resources created for personal use. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

NO REFUNDS

All sales are final.

Still on the Journey Ministries does not offer refunds under any circumstance. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Digital products
• Custom products
• Print on demand products
• Physical products
• Products fulfilled directly by Still on the Journey Ministries
• Products fulfilled or produced by BWJ Designs

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only.

This limited cancellation window exists because products are made to order or prepared for production shortly after purchase.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Cancellation requests submitted after the 24 hour window will not be accepted.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are delivered electronically and are available for download for seven days from the date of purchase.

Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their digital products within this timeframe.

Digital products are non refundable and non returnable.

Loss of access after the seven day download window does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

CUSTOM AND PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS

Custom and print on demand products are created specifically for each order based on customer provided information.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details before submitting an order.

Custom and print on demand products are non refundable and non returnable.

MANUFACTURING OR PRODUCTION ERRORS

The only exception to this policy applies to manufacturing or production errors.

If a product contains a manufacturing or production error or does not match the approved design or specifications, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Reports submitted outside this timeframe will not be eligible for review.

If a valid manufacturing or production error is confirmed, the sole remedy is replacement of the same item.

Refunds, credits, substitutions, or alternative remedies are not offered.

FULFILLMENT PARTNERS

Some products offered through Still on the Journey Ministries are fulfilled by BWJ Designs.

Products may display BWJ Designs branding while clearly referencing Still on the Journey Ministries.

This Refund Policy applies regardless of fulfillment partner.
