"Jesus answered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst.

But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”

John 4:13 to 14 NKJV

I’m Jane, and I’m truly grateful that you are here. I understand more than you may ever know, and my hope is that this becomes a place where you feel seen, supported, and quietly reminded that God is with you on your journey.

Still on the Journey Ministries began during a deeply personal season of healing, reflection, and restoration. Through the gentle leading of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, I learned that healing is real and that God can rebuild even the places we once believed were too broken to restore. My heart is to share a space of hope and encouragement so you can take your next step forward with peace and confidence.

THE WHERE

From a very young age, I carried the invisible weight of sexual trauma and the quiet confusion that follows it. I learned to move through life while holding questions I did not know how to express. For many years I believed my worth had been damaged and that God’s love could not fully include someone like me.

Even after giving my life to Christ and serving in ministry, the effects of trauma did not disappear overnight. I battled shame, feelings of unworthiness, and a sense that something inside me still needed healing. I did not know how to seek help at the time. I only knew how to stay busy and keep moving.

I share this gently to say that The Holy Trinity sees and understands every part of your story, even the parts you have never spoken aloud. You are not alone, and nothing about your experience is hidden from God’s love. expect.

THE WHEN

He met me in the quiet places of my life long before I understood what healing truly meant. Over time and through prayer, His Word, community, and professional support, He began to gently untangle the shame that had wrapped itself around my identity. He reminded me that trauma did not define me and that His love for me had never changed.

There were seasons that felt like progress and others that felt uncertain. Yet He remained patient and present. He helped me face difficult emotions, guided me toward forgiveness, and restored places of my life that I once believed were beyond repair.

Healing is real. It is complete in God. And while life may bring unexpected moments that require grounding or support, healing remains the truth of who you are in Him. Healing is not the absence of struggle. It is the presence of The Holy Trinity in the midst of it.

THE CALL

As I healed, I began to see that there are countless women who love God, serve faithfully, and carry silent wounds from sexual trauma. Many feel unseen. Many feel unsure where to turn. Many wonder if faith and counseling can work together.

This is where my calling became clear.
SOTJ Ministries was created to bridge the gap between faith and counseling. It is a resource that honors both. It does not replace counseling but supports and walks alongside it.

My purpose is simple.
To make sure no woman feels she must walk her journey alone.
To offer tools, encouragement, and spiritual grounding for women who are navigating life after sexual trauma.
To help create gentle spaces for truth, growth, and restoration with God.

Every retreat, conference, and resource offered by SOTJ Ministries is designed with intention, compassion, and care for the unique needs of each woman.

THE PREP

My preparation for ministry has been shaped by both spiritual and practical experience. I hold a BA in Theology and have served in multiple church roles since the age of 14, including Children’s Church, Outreach, and Evangelism. I completed three Women's Ministries programs at First Baptist Church of Glenarden and served as Coordinator of Inreach and Assistant Leader for the Harvest Festival within the Children’s Church Ministry.

I am also trained as a Facilitator for Sexual Abuse and Molestation Support, equipping me to work compassionately with survivors of all ages. I continue to explore additional training and development so that I may better serve each woman who connects with SOTJ Ministries.

My goal in every setting is to serve with compassion, wisdom, and integrity.

THE OVERFLOW

My calling extends into creative and written expressions that support emotional and spiritual growth. Through BWJ Designs, I create planners, devotionals, inspirational products, and custom gifts that speak to the heart and encourage the spirit. Before founding SOTJ Ministries, I hosted the “What’s Your Why” BlogTalk Radio show, co-authored “Proverbs 31 Woman,” and released devotionals that support daily spiritual life.

These expressions are the overflow of my journey. What God has done within me continues to flow outward to others in ways that uplift and encourage.

CLOSING ENCOURAGEMENT

You matter to God.
Your voice matters.
Your healing matters.
And you are not walking this journey alone.

It is my honor to walk with you as you take your next gentle step toward restoration and growth in God.
